+ How do I log in?
In order to log in, you must have an account with us. Enter your email address that you used to contact us and you will get an email with a verficiation link. Click the link to access your account.
+ How do I sign up for a new account?
To sign up for a new account you must have scheduled the free 30 minute consultation or sent us a message through the contact form on the website or on the Client Portal. After that, your email will be registered with us, which you can then use to log into your account.
+ How do I upload a document?
To upload a document, you must click the Client Portal button at the top right of the home screen, log in, then click Send Us a File at the right of the screen.
+ How do I make a payment?
To make a payment, you must click the Client Portal button at the top right of the home screen, log in, then click Make a Payment at the right of the screen.
+ What payment methods can I use?
PayPal or any major credit cards are accepted, such as AMEX, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
+ How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
To cancel your appointment, you must click the Client Portal button at the top right of the home screen, log in, click on your scheduled appointment, then click the cancel button.

To schedule a consultation, visit lossoflifeadvocates.com, and click the Contact tab, then click the Schedule a Call option. Select your availability in the online calendar, and finally click the Submit button. To reschedule or cancel, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or give us a call at 210-802-2224.
