Grief Support Groups
Grief doesn’t follow a schedule, a checklist, or a single path. Everyone carries loss differently, and while some people are able to work through grief on their own, others reach a point where extra support can make a meaningful difference. At Loss of Life Advocates (LOLA), we honor every grief journey and offer support when you’re ready.
For those seeking guidance, LOLA offers both individual grief support and small group sessions using The Grief Recovery Method®. Our group program is an eight-week experience created to provide a safe, compassionate space for healing alongside others who understand loss. Each two-hour session includes guided conversations around topics such as identity, guilt, and memories, along with gentle mindfulness and written exercises. Participants are encouraged to share—or simply listen—at their own pace. Whether you choose one-on-one support or a group setting, our goal is the same: to walk with you as you process your grief, build resilience, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
