In 2013 and 2014, I faced some of the darkest days of my life. The heart-wrenching loss of both my father and husband, just 63 days apart, felt insurmountable. I remember standing in the middle of that sorrow, not believing I would ever find my way back to happiness.

Fast forward to November 2016, a significant turning point arrived when I settled my husband’s life insurance case, thanks to the relentless support of the incredible legal giants, Tom Crosley and Bobby Allen. With this new chapter unfolding, 2017 marked the birth of LOLA, a project not just born from grief but fueled by a passionate mission. Named after my beloved mother, LOLA was created with a heartfelt purpose: to ensure that no one has to endure the overwhelming pain we experienced.

Transitioning from caring for my father to making difficult, life-ending decisions for my husband while trying to uphold my professional responsibilities was a whirlwind. In a time marked by confusion and silence when friends and family returned to their lives, I realized the vital need for support. This realization ignited our journey with LOLA – reaching out, connecting, and helping others navigate the heartache of loss and the challenges of estate closures.

Over these years, we've met countless extraordinary individuals in the realm of crisis and compassion, all dedicated to supporting families during life’s most challenging moments. And now, as we approach our 10th anniversary at LOLA, a new and exciting chapter awaits.

I am overjoyed to announce that I will be passing the leadership torch to my daughter, Adyn. She has been by my side, witnessing the evolution of LOLA, and as she finishes her law school studies, she is ready to take on a pivotal role in steering our mission to new heights.

This is more than a transition; it’s a celebration of legacy and empowerment. Adyn embodies the spirit and values that have shaped LOLA, and with her at the helm, we will continue to grow and innovate.

So please join me in welcoming Adyn Summer Pipoly to our Leadership Team as a Key Changemaker, ready to propel LOLA into its next decade with compassion, vision, and determination. I couldn’t be more excited for the future that lies ahead!
